ResQTracker 2.0

This software package is now available for RESCUERS that helps you track the pets that come in and out of your organization, the foster homes, adopters and veterinarians. This easy-to-use, comprehensive Windows application lets you create and view pet, adopter, foster, rescuer and vet data with just a click of the mouse.

The software was designed and written by Karen Mayer. 

Anyone can use ResQTracker 2.0. Registration is not required. This gives you a chance to demo the product. If you choose to register ResQTracker 2.0, you'll receive back an unlock code which will enable more features.

Registered users whose groups are non-profit orgs (501c3 in the USA and Canadian Non-Profit charities) can upgrade free to ResQTracker 2.5. With your unlock code, you'll get upgrade instructions.

Organizations which are not officially non-profit (501c3 or Canadian equivalent) can purchase the upgrade or the standard version 2.5 for $30 USD.

Here are some of the cool features that ResQTracker 2.0 includes:

  • displays pet photos, microchip, tattoo and license information for pets, and allows you to search for pets by these IDs in case one is lost and you are contacted
  • allows you to specify up to four tests or vaccinations that each of your incoming pets is given
  • enables you to identify pet's medical conditions such as heartworm, feline leukemia, etc., and their treatments and dates
  • lets you import information directly from files such as online adoption and foster home applications, saving lots of tedious typing
  • comes with printable reports to show pet/adoption information, foster home status, list of pets in your system, and more
  • allows you to enter post-adoption follow-up information to keep track of your successful pet placements or any issues the new families are having
  • gives you a convenient way to keep track of breeders in your area so that you can contact them when a pet from their litter(s) arrives in rescue
  • lots, lots more!

ResQTracker 2.0 is a comprehensive software package for rescuers of dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, horses, goats -- you rescue it, ResQTracker 2.0 can track it!

I have been fortunate to be one of the beta testers of this wonderful program.  Not only do I highly recommend it to all rescue organizations, but it will be a standard policy in The Shih Tzu Network that all coordinators will have it on their computers due to the excellent file sharing this program uses within a rescue.  AWESOME!
