ResQTracker Screenshots

Here are some examples of the screens you'll see in ResQTracker.

The Pet screens let me record and view detailed data about the pets we have rescued.

The Identification page lets me save info about the pet's IDs, and to specify the filename of a photo of the pet.

The Medical page lets me save info about the pet's medical history, shots, spay/neuter, etc. You can customize the four vaccination or test slots to track tests or vaccinations that are important for pets in your area. For example, in Arizona, pets have a problem with Valley Fever, but Leptospirosis is rare. Cat rescuers might want to customize the form to show a Feline Leukemia test date.

The Adoption page lets me select the adopter and record information about the adoption transaction as well as post-adoption follow-up information. Adoption data can also be cleared if a pet is returned to rescue.

Your relationship with the pets and adopters doesn't stop after Adoption. ResQTracker lets you log follow-up calls and visits.

The Adopter screen lets me record and view information for an adopter. It cross-references the pet screen so I can see what pet(s) this family has adopted.

The Vet/Clinic screen lets me record and view the information for the veterinary clinics the dogs visit, whether while in rescue or after they're adopted.

The Foster screen gives me contact info for foster families. It cross-references the pet screen so I can see what pet(s) this family has fostered. If a foster family wants to adopt a pet in its care, you can change the Type from foster home to adopter, and the family will then appear on the Adopter screen.
